Wings Logic
The system was engineered to support large-scale production with optimized batch efficiency.

🔷 Project Overview

This project involved the setup of a high-performance glass processing line dedicated to manufacturing home appliance glass with precise dimensions, high output, and consistent quality.

The focus was on precision-driven, high-volume production.

🔷 Scope of Work

  • Manufacturing home appliance glass (cooktop applications)
  • Handling small-size glass dimensions (2.85 mm thickness)
  • Achieving high output per hour
  • Ensuring uniform quality across all batches
  • Integrating printing and tempering processes
Production Flow

CNC Cutting → Pencil Edging → Washing & Drying (Heated) → UV Printing → Exposing → Tempering Furnace

A complete multi-stage appliance glass processing line was installed:

🔷 Solution Delivered

Core Processing:

CNC Cutting Line 4 Mtr
Pencil Edger for precision edge finishing
UV Printing Machine & Exposing Machine

Cleaning & Preparation:

Washing & Drying Machine with Heating System

Final Processing:

Tempering Furnace (1200 × 3600 mm)
This configuration ensured maximum furnace utilization and optimized throughput.

🔷 Production Configuration (Technical Highlight)

    • Glass Thickness: 2.85 mm
    • Size Format: 292 × 423 mm
    • Batch Capacity: 20 pieces

    Batch Layout:
    (423 × 2) + (292 × 10)

    • Hourly Output:
      👉 32 cycles × 20 pieces = ~640 pieces/hour
The facility was delivered as a ready-to-run production unit.
